I. Operating Principles:

The working principle of the fully automatic feeder is to close the vacuum tube, start the motor, send the plastic resin particles into the vacuum tube with low vacuum airflow, stop the motor, and then discharge the particles into the hopper, so as to circulate. In the planned control system, one motor can be used to control two feeding production lines, which are switched by the direction valve. The two production lines can operate either alone or together. Assuming that both of them work together, when one production line has been transported, it can be judged that the discharge of another production line has been completed, then the motor continuously turns to the direction valve to change direction, and then feeds for another production line. In this way, the power of the control system and the motor can be brought into play, and then the active feeding can be completed.
