Advantages: Titanium metal filter is easy to clean, simple to dry, suitable for materials with various characteristics, especially for materials with high viscosity and large output; Defects: high price.

3. PTFE Polymer Material

Advantages: The price is lower than that of titanium filter element, and the cleaning is convenient; Defects: the drying time after cleaning is longer. If the drying time is not thorough in the next use, the material simply adsorbs on the surface of the filter rod during the suction, which hinders the reverse suction blow and affects the next suction.

4. Bag filter

This way is just like a bag filter, but it touches the material directly. The material with bigger stickiness will be adsorbed on the outside of the bag, affecting the ability of suction, and the ability of production is relatively low.
