Fully automatic feeder is divided into two kinds of empty-ground discharging and connected discharging. The empty-ground discharging is conducive to reducing the investment cost of equipment and convenient material control. In most cases, it is advocated that users choose empty-ground discharging. Continuous discharging is usually used for vacuum transportation of materials in long distance and large output value.
Fully automatic feeding machine is widely used in packaging machine, mixer, tablet press, vibration screening machine, capsule filling machine, wet granulator and other equipment. The vacuum feeding machine operates simply by pressing feeding switch, feeding pipeline suction, suction process ends; vibration equipment or back blowing equipment blow back, in order to prevent blockage of filters, the above two feed. The process is controlled by a time program so that the feeding vibration or backblowing can be carried out in a cycle.
