The automatic feeding system completes the uninterrupted unmanned continuous forming operation. According to the demand, the variety of material can be changed, the automation of coloring process can be completed, and the combination method of multi-color data can be used. The system can regenerate and use the cold material of injection moulding by fully automatic method, can control all the feeding equipment, and avoid the occurrence of blockage in the storage warehouse. The automatic feeding system is planned for the production of plastic products in the injection moulding workshop by setting up a central monitoring platform.
There are several feeding methods in hopper of automatic feeding system, such as tension spring feeding system, automatic feeding system, automatic feeding system, converging feeding system, automatic feeding system, vacuum feeding and compressed air pipeline transportation. The following is a detailed introduction:
1. Automatic feeding system equipment: mainly composed of fan, suction pipe, storage bin, suction pipe, filter screen, electronic control box and other components.
When the hopper of the feeding system needs feeding, the fan 2 starts and passes through the suction pipe 4 and the filter mesh 3 to form negative pressure in the central storage bin. At the same time, eight suction pipes connected with the central storage bin and the material box suck the material in the central storage bin. When a certain amount of material is sucked in, the feeding relay acts and the central system acts. When the fan stops operation and the suction operation stops, the discharging valve opens to feed the hopper of the extruder and then to the effect of the central system.
2. Automatic metering system equipment:
The method of fully automatic air pipe conveying feeding is mostly applied to several extruders working side by side. In such a large-scale extrusion product workshop, the conveying system consists of a general feeding pipe, and then several branches of pipes are separated to feed the hoppers of each extruder. Relying on compressed air and choosing air duct to transport materials, this method occupies a small area, employs fewer people, and has a relatively clean environment. It can be used to transport granules and powder.
3. Spring feeding system equipment: It is to install a rotating spring in a rubber tube. The spring is driven directly by a motor and rotates at high speed in the rubber tube. When the hopper needs feeding, the starting motor drives the tension spring to rotate, the material is driven by the tension spring helix to rise, and the upper end of the rubber pipe is aligned with the hopper with a row of outlets. The material rising to the outlet of the hopper is thrown out of the outlet by the centralized force of the tension spring to enter the hopper. The feeding equipment has simple structure, convenient operation and repair, and is suitable for the transportation of granular and powder materials.
