Vacuum weighing system is composed of feeding station or material warehouse, vacuum feeder weighing device, PLC controller and other components. It can complete the automatic feeding of single material with fixed weight or different ingredients of various materials. It is widely used in medicine, food, chemical industry, battery materials, building materials, metallurgy, feed processing and other industries.
Taking the application of powder vacuum weighing system in automatic weighing and batching of two kinds of materials as an example, the working principle of powder vacuum weighing system is explained. Material A and B are stored in two silos respectively. The powder vacuum weighing system starts to work. The vacuum pump starts. When the screw discharging valve A at the bottom of material A reaches a certain weight, the screw stops and the discharging valve A closes. The remaining material in the conveyor pipe continues to be sucked into the weighing hopper. After being sucked, the weight of material A in the scale is just right. It's the set weight. At this time, the screw discharging valve B at the bottom of material B bin opens, the screw starts, material B is absorbed into the weighing hopper. When material B reaches a certain weight in the scale, the screw stops, the discharging valve B closes, and the remaining material in the conveyor pipe continues to be absorbed into the weighing hopper. The weight of material B in the scale is exactly the set weight after absorption. The vacuum pump stops.
Compared with the traditional powder weighing system, vacuum weighing system has the advantages of short process flow, high weighing accuracy, high reliability, highly flexible equipment layout, and greatly reducing the height of factory buildings. According to the different positions of the weighing device in the powder vacuum weighing system, a variety of additive and subtractive weighing scales can be formed to meet the different requirements of customers.
