The data weighing sensor makes the weighing accuracy of the system more stable, reliable and anti-jamming. Cylinder-type hopper feeding can greatly improve the weighing speed. The design concept of double-weighing hopper doubles the weighing speed. Vibrating fine feeding ensures the weighing accuracy. Foot-type bag opening and closing mechanism ensures the safety of operators.

Working Principle Editor

When the packing scale enters the automatic operation state, the weighing control system opens the feeding door and begins to feed. The feeding device is a two-stage feeding mode of fast and slow feeding. When the weight of the material reaches the set value of fast feeding, the fast feeding is stopped and the slow feeding is maintained. When the weight of the material reaches the final set value, the feeding door is closed and the dynamic weighing is completed. At this time, the system detects whether the bag-clamping device is in a predetermined state. When the bag has been clamped, the system sends out a control signal to open the unloading door of the weighing hopper, and the material enters the packaging bag. After the material is put in, the unloading door of the weighing hopper is automatically closed; after unloading the material, the bag-clamping device is loosened and the packaging bag falls down automatically; Sewing package and conveying to the next station. Such a cycle can run automatically to and fro.

Structural Editing

Quantitative packaging scale consists of weighing unit, trolley, sewing bag conveying device, pneumatic system, dust removal system, quantitative packaging control instrument, etc. Among them, the weighing unit is the key component which affects the packing speed and accuracy. It includes storage bin, gate, cutting device, weighing body, bag clamping device, bracket, electrical control device and so on. Storage bin is a buffer storage bin, which is used for material storage and provides a nearly uniform material flow; the gate is located at the bottom of the storage bin, and is used to seal the material in the storage bin when the equipment is overhauled or malfunction occurs; the material interception device is composed of hopper, material interception valve, pneumatic components, valve and so on, which provides fast in the weighing process. The material flow of fast and slow two-stage feeding can be adjusted separately to ensure that the quantitative packaging scale meets the accuracy and speed requirements of measurement; the function of supplementary valve is the air pressure difference in the system when balancing weighing; the scale body is mainly composed of weighing bucket, load-bearing bracket and weighing sensor to complete the weighing. The electric signal is transformed and transmitted to the control unit; the bag clamping device is mainly composed of the bag clamping mechanism and pneumatic components, which is used to clamp the packaging bag so that all the weighed materials fall into the packaging bag; the electric control device is composed of the weighing display controller, electrical components and control cabinet, which functions as the control system to work and make the whole package complete. Each system works in an orderly manner according to a pre-set procedure.

Editing Method of Weighing and Debugging

After checking the sensor wiring, turn on the power supply of the control cabinet and preheat for 15 minutes before debugging. This paper takes the technical requirements of maximum weighing 100kg, graduation value 0?2 kg, quantitative value 90kg and accuracy grade satisfying X(0?2) as examples to introduce as follows:

(1) Offset Load Adjustment

The weights of 10kg are placed on the two bearing points of the weighing bucket respectively. When the weighing display displays "positive difference", the sensor output should be adjusted in the direction of reduction; when the weighing display displays "negative difference", the sensor output should be adjusted in the direction of improvement. For example, when the output of the L/C-1 sensor decreases, a set of fine-tuning resistors related to L/C-1 (the original value is 10 ohms) rotates to the left with the same amount of rotation.

Rotating to the right (clockwise) the resistance decreases and the display value increases (marked as "plus").

Rotate left (counterclockwise) resistance value increases and display value decreases (denoted as "subtraction").

Note: When rotating fine-tuning resistors, if the rotation of two resistors in each group is not the same, it will be difficult to adjust. Therefore, the rotation of each group of fine-tuning resistors in the sensor should be as consistent as possible. The absolute value of each bearing key error is not more than 10g, which is qualified.

(2) Weighing adjustment

According to the calibration steps of the weighing display controller instructions, the weighing adjustment is carried out. The weights are increased in order of 0 kg, 40 kg, 70 kg, 90 kg and 100 kg from zero point to maximum point, and the errors are no more than 10 g, 20 g, 35 g, 45 g and 50 g, respectively. The weights are decreased in order of 100 kg, 90 kg, 70 kg, 40 kg and 0 kg from maximum point to zero, and the errors are no more than their respective allowances. Quantitative points are checked repeatedly, and each weighing point is checked three times, each time the error is not greater than its allowance.
