The system is mainly designed for the first and second floor plant and small mixer/kneader. According to the principle of material pneumatic conveying and traditional auxiliary machine, our company successfully developed an innovative auxiliary machine system for the first or second floor plant. The system retains the advantages of high accuracy of screw feeding control in traditional auxiliary machine. It uses advanced control technology and negative pressure feeding method to measure and transport the material to the mixer accurately, and to separate the raw material area from the production area. This system ensures no dust pollution and greatly reduces plant investment. It can be widely used in the production of powder and granular raw materials such as rubber products, plastic products, cable materials, food, medicine, chemical raw materials, etc.
This system successfully solves the problem of automatic batching of dump kneader in single-storey plant. Without sacrificing batching accuracy, increasing plant investment, and reasonably controlling maintenance and use cost in later period, users can use upper auxiliary system similar to four-storey mixing plant. This system can be widely used in small and medium-sized rubber manufacturing enterprises which are still using kneaders or small mixers and have single or two-storey buildings.
